Hi team, 

Can you please provide the minimum and maximum values of Dead Time (DT) for UCC21540-Q1? 

In the datasheet of UCC21520, this information is provided in the 5 Pin Configuration and Functions table.

    Hi Obinna, 

    The saturation current for the DT pin is 1mA and the SS voltage is 0.8V. The min dead time possible for these devices is 8ns based on these values. Any resistor that makes the current higher than 1mA will not be changing the dead time any longer.
