Thank you for your question.
To change the output voltage several components would need to be changed in the design such as the transformer, FB resistor divider circuitry, sense resistor, etc.
However we have a 3.3V / 50W design, PMP8973, that I recommend you take a look at.
This design uses the UCC2897A DC-DC and can be paired with the TPS2372-3 to achieve the power and output voltage desired.
