Hi folks,

I got ESD test result for CSD18537NQ5A.

It was CDM=2kV, and HBM is 500V.

I suspect that the CSD18537NQ5A HBM is quite low, since other product's in TI  shows around 1K~2kV.

Is the CSD18537NQ5A HBM result is correct? Does the value qualify TI's criteria of HBM for MOSFET products?

Also I got ESD test result for CSD17555, it was CDM=HBM=2kV. Why this difference occurs?
