UCD3138PSFBEVM-027: How can the UCD3138PSFBEVM-027 tested with the training lab4? the open loop board is PWR027

Hello,

I have recently test the UCD3138PSFBEVM-027 and UCD3138CC64EVM-030 according to the training materials provied in https://training.ti.com/ucd3138-analog-front-end-afe-module-setting-open-loop-board-closed-loop-demo?cu=841391

However, as for lab4, the tutorial shows the setup method for open loop boards with PWR031 and PWR662. The board I obtained is PWR027, so I don't know how to test it with lab4.

You don’t want to test these boards with lab04. Lab 04 implemts a simple buck topology, while the boards you have are for a phase shifted full bridge. The EVMs you’ve got come programmed with the correct firmware to run them. The EVM O27 User’s Guide shows how to run them. www.ti.com/.../sluuak4.pdf

I have run correctly the EVM 027 according to User’s Guide before, and now I want to learn the source code in detail. But I am not sure the PSFB firmware downloaded from www.ti.com/.../ucd3138fw-psfb is the exact one used in the EVM originally. Can you confirm my doubt? So I can start to test the EVM with the FW downloaded. Thanks!

I'm not sure if that is the code on your EVM, but I'm sure it is the latest code for that EVM, so it should work.
