      I am not understanding your question.  Please provide more detail; which device are you wanting to replace?  And are you asking if CSD8531 can be used to replace the CSD8853?  Please also provide the circuit operating parameters.

    Thanks for posting, I assume you are asking if CSD18531Q5A can be used to replace CSD88537ND.
    As Leonard said, this all depends on your application requirements and if you can changed your PCB.
    These parts are both 60V, but are in different packages, the CSD18531Q5A is in a SON5x6, the CSD88537ND is in a Dual SO-8, so 2x CSD18531Q5A would be needed to replace CSD88537ND, in addition the CSD18531Q5A is way way lower resistance, a better replacement in the SON5x6 package would be the CSD18537NQ5A. Final thing to note is that the CSD88537ND is not a logic level device so does not have resistance rated at 4.5V and has a higher Rg vs the CSD18531Q5A.
