UCD9090: Not able to detect Device ID on Digital Power Designer Software

Hello,

I've attached USB to my computer and opened up the software. The Device displays as "Unknown".

I don't see a reference to this issue on the Forum or User's Guide. Is there a step I missed?

Did you ever touch the program flash anytime especially during the programming the Configuration ? Could you please tell how was the ucd9090 programmed in your board?

I have not touch the flash during programming. This flash is covered within the socket. I belive that it is preprogrammed ucd9090 by jtag programmer .

I have not touch the programmed flash. I do not know , how it programmed ucd9090 on eval board?Is it preprogrammed ( UCD9090 ) on eval board. I thought that when it power up dispaly suppose to show device id and as well fash image info. If you have any reference flash image , please send it to me .I am using 1st time this ic.

Please make sure Fusion GUI's device scan mode is set to "DEVICE_ID". Also you can try connect to different USB port to see if it works.
