I check it in datasheet, didn't find differences, need some help please.

    I tried looking for difference in the chips but they seem pretty similar. I forwarded your question to a product expert for more information.
    However the TPS54560-Q1 is not recommended for new designs. I suspect TPS54560B-Q1 is an updated TPS54560-Q1.

    Hello Leo,
    The TPS54560 has a bug where the output voltage overshoots during regular startup. There is also a bug with the load transient at higher switching frequency. The TPS54560B fixes these issues and is much more reliable.

    If absolutely necessary the TPS54560 can regulate to your desired voltage, but we do not recommend as we have seen up to 20% overshoot of output voltage. Be sure to probe your supply with an oscilloscope before connecting it to the rest of your system.
