Hello Team, seems that we need some clarification in our datasheet about quiescent current:
Supply current: means it that typ. and max. is only valid for TA=25 degree?
or that for TA=TJ=25 degree the typical value is 4.6uA and for complete temperature range (-40..125) is 6uA? (according headline)
There could be also read as max. supply current of 6uA is valid only for 25 degree and other’s are not defined? (see TA=25 in row)
For input current of VOUT we only have typical values. But for a total calculation of quiescent current we need also maximum values to make worst-case calculation.
