Hi Sir,

Our Customer product is Xilinx VU9P platform FPGA card, next will change to VU13P Current up to 450A,

They are evaluating IR XDPE132G5C 16 Phase solution, Does TI have 12phase or similar IR 16Phase solution can be share to me?

12-phase controller(TPS536C7) is suggeted for 450A apllication.

What is the IOUT TDC and Max values of VU13P? .

The TDC max is 803.392W(Iout=803.392/0.72=1116A),

What's the TPS536c7 recommand Iout max for 12Phase application?

Hi Hugo,

TPS536C7 Controller can support for >500A also. But the limitation is per phase power stage current. CSD95490 power stage can support 75A peak also. please go through datasheet for details.

For example, 12-phase can be used for 500A application. Per phase current = 41.7A (500/12). There is no issue here with sufficient airflow in system and also depends on operating temperature range also.

is your apllication TDC current is 1116A?, what is the processer name?

Our customer is want to use Xilinx VU13P FPGA, The Xilinx tool is show the Vcc 0.72V max 803.392W.
