Could you please recommend how we should terminate the unused pins(SENSE, /RESET, CT) for unused channels?

Iwata-san,

You should pull up unused SENSE to high (except for SENSE4H), and you should leave /RESET and CT floating. You can see the TPS386000 Pin FMEA here to see what occurs in each condition (GND, floating, Vcc) for further analysis.
