TLV700: The Startup time of TLV700 series

The Startup time of TLV700 series is 100us，Can the startup time be longer? for example 1ms?

In my project, the input is +3.3V，the output is 2.8V，I hope the startup time more longer than 100us，which part may be suitable for my case；

Hi Lin,

The TPS7A05 has a 2.8V option and can work for this case. This device has a typ start-up time of 1.5ms.

The TPS7A05 has a 2.8V option，but no sot23-5 package,is there any other part，which the package is sot23-5，the startup time is about 1ms，the output is 2.8V

Hi Lin,

My apologizes, you are correct. Can customer use 2.85V output? TPS7A05 does have that voltage option in SOT-23 package.

A few more questions on this, what is your Cout being used here? I ask because if 2.8V is absolutely necessary then the TPS782 could be used in this case as is shown in figure 20 of the datasheet but uses a 10uF capacitance. This device does have the SOT-23 available however it is labeled as DDC which is just a thinner height than the normal SOT-23.
