Working with my customer on solving some fake faults. They are using the TPS25942l to drive a pair of fans. what they are seeing is faults on power up (80 msec after enable) and then random faults during operation over time. I have a schematic and scope shots I will email once assigned.
So far I have asked them to add some more output cap, slow start up and adjust current limit for start up. I just found out about the faults during normal operation over time and digesting that info.
