TLVH431: TLVH431QDBVR

Part Number: TLVH431

Hi Sir,.

do TLVH431QDBVR claime in AEC-Q100 fileld ? thanks

do you share us the TI AEC products classify ?

thanks

Philip

  • Hi Philip,

We offer the TLVH431 in AEC-Q100 but we do not offer the 1.5% accuracy variant.

We do offer the following which are improvements to the one you chose.

    1% variant: TLVH431AQDBVRQ1

    0.5% Variant: TLVH431BQDBVRQ1

  • Hi Marcoo,

Sorry, not sure if my understanding is correct.

    1. Is LVH431QDBVR AEC-Q100 qualified ?

    2. What is LVH431QDBVR Vref tolerance ? Below spec from TLVH431 datasheet seems to said the Vref tolerance of LVH431QDBVR is 1.5% at TA=25C , would you help confirmed ?  thanks!

  • Hi PYTsai,

    1. The TLVH431QDBVR is not AEC-Q100. This is device is rated from -40C to 125C but it is not AEC-Q100.

The datasheet in my first post has the TLVH431 that are AEC-Q100 qualified.

    2. Yes the TLVH431QDBVR is a 1.5% device. This means its initial accuracy at 25C can be between 1.222V to 1.258V. The line below is the expected max deviation across temperature that include the initial accuracy.

If you want the accuracy across temperature, then it would be 1.194V to 1.286V which is a larger range than 25C due to temperature drift.
