There is an Vout oscillate issue.
Vin:12V, Vout:0.9V, Iout:20A. fs:650k, Cout:522uF, Lo: 1uH. There are two sources with very similar spec parameters for Lo, one is CYNTEC and another vendor is Vishay. when using CYNTEC samples, some of the Vout not stable. it will be worse when in higher ambient temp. However, if using Vishay 1uH sample, no stable issue so far. one more thing, when decrease the Lo value such as 0.8uH, no issue happened.
Do you have some ideas about this issue? I calculated the ripple current is 6.4% which may be useful for you. looking forward to your reply. thank you.
