TLV809: Delay time across operating temperature

Good day.

The delay time of TLV809 is from 120ms to 280ms, is this true across the operating temperature range or for 25°C only?

    Hi Carlo,

    You're correct. While this spec with the min at 120ms and max at 280ms is specified at 25C, this should in theory cover the variation across temperature as well. Temperature variation is most often not enough to impact this number by over the +/- 40% variation here. Although not guaranteed, staying within this range should not be a problem.

    In fact, if you're considering the TLV809, you should look into the TLV809E, our newest device that is functionally similar. This device highlights reset time delay over temperature in a graph on Figure 19.
