After discharging ,i can not read the capacity of my fuel gauge ,and the RSOC ,ASOC ，REMAINING CAPACITY display 0.

but the voltage and cell voltage is updated in charging

Is there any problem with my device ?

how can i resolve it ?

I see the max error shows 5%. Did you run a successful learning cycle on this device? Max error ought to be 1% if you did and update status ought to be 06.

there is something wrong in my first learning cycle.when in charging, RSOC,ASOC,REMCAP go down.

i don't know whether i chose the wrong chemID(i just chose the default ) or there is something wrong with my hardware ?

Will the wrong chemID cause full charge capacity larger than the design capacity?

The first thing you have to do is choose the correct chem id by using our online tool gpcchem. pls run the test listed there and identify your id before attempting to perform a learning cycle.
