UCC28051: High temperature behavior

Hi,

My customer is using the UCC28051, some sample stops switching at high temperature(40℃~50℃).

Though this device doesn't have thermal shutdown, what can we consider as the reason of this behavior?

If some samples shutdown at 40C to 50C, please contact your TI local sales and ask for failure analysis.
