Hi
Still we have issue, we are noticed that the during our Burn In test some time units is going to sleep mode and after some time it starts again,
during debug we saw that the 3.3V is low.
Hi John,
What is the ambient temp during Burn-in test? Can you share the schematic diagram and layout for review?
Best regards,
Excel

Hi John,
First, the Vout setting is 3.3V hence you should be using is LM3670xx-3.3. LM3670xx-ADJ supports only Vout from 0.7V to 2.5V.
Once you replace the IC, can you check the loop stability (measure the phase margin) because the recommended output capacitor is 10uF while in the schematic diagram, the output cap directly connected to the output is 2.2uF + 270uF.
Can you provide your email add so we can discuss privately?
Best regards,
Excel
