LM5066: Rshunt and driving capability

Dear Team,

1.What is the suitable Rshunt for 75A application?

If we choose too large the Rshunt will be too hot, too small will violate the suggestion at datasheet 9.2.1.2.3

2.The customer will drive up to 14MOS, Vgs climb to 10V will take longer than 100ms

Do you have suitable circuit to drive 14 MOS, or better device?

To avoid significant degradation of the power limiting, TI does not recommend a VSNS of less than 4 mV

Hi Kevin,

What is the application and the operating voltage ? I don't think 14 MOS is needed to support 75A.
