LM27403: Calculation Confusion and disconnects, Webench, Design Spreadsheet, Datasheet, Reference Design, Evaluation Board

Part Number: LM27403

I'm attempting to design the LM27403 into my new design but am having issues with disconnects between design tools, eval board configuration, 0.9V reference design and datasheet formulas.

I seem to get different values for Riset (&Rcs) and Rs.  I can't recreate the values used in the 0.9V 30A reference design using Webench or the SS, and calculated values for designs generated for both are different from each other.

The eval board I have doesn't have a location for Rcs, I had to cut a trace and add it my self.  When using the calculated values for Rcs and Rset (2.67k) on the eval board, my current limit is too low.  When I use the values in from the 0.9V reference design (4.99k), the current limit is raised to where it should be.

There are other conflicts as well; like calculations for Rs used with Cs to model the inductor DCR.

What should I use as a reference or design guide?

Thanks,

-j
