Dear Team

We are using  2.048 reference IC MFG part no: REF5020IDR in one of our project requirement.  In datasheet, it is recommended to use bypass capacitor with low ESR about (1- 1.5 OHMS) in both input and output end for reducing  noise level. Can u specify at what frequency will the capacitor ESR value to be between 1- 1.5 OHMS...

    Hi Karthik,

    There is no particular frequency for the REF5020IDR ESR requirement. It is common to see designs that use ceramics with an additional 1ohm resistor just to increase the ESR at the high frequencies for that 1-1.5Ohm requirement.
