TPS54331: PCB review, bad conduction test performance.

Hi experts,

Need some suggestion to improve the EMI performance.  My customer failed to pass the conduction test, as below picture show, without load  on TPS54331, the performance is ok, but added 5V1A load, the EMI conduction performance dropped dramatically. attached is their schematic and PCB, Please help to review  and  suggest how to improve this？ thanks.

    Hi Yue,

    The EMI performance looks not so bad as there are a lot of margin away from the limit, if you want to improve the performance further, please try to suppress the overshoot and ringing of the switch node by adjust the snubber (R94, C45), and using a shield inductor may also help for the performance.
