I am using 1.2V @0.72A switching regulator TPS62822DLCR in our project, Can you please share the life span (EOL) of this 1.2V @0.72A switching regulator ?

Please see attached reliability test report for TPS62822. Let me know if the attached data answer your queries.

Reliability

MTBF = Meantime between failures: = total device test hours / failures

FIT: Failures-in-Time:

The number of failures per 10⁹ device-hours
Note that MTBF = 10⁹ h / FIT

For more details see ti.com Reliability terminology

Btw. the MTBF and FIT data provided by TI is based on normalized data 1000 h at 125°C ambient.

To calculate the MTBF for your application, you can derate that using the link below.

There is a derating tool on TI.com called Temperature change FIT that you can used.
