Is it possible to create a circuit with the UCC28881 with a -12V output similar to the competitor device below?

This would be an buck boost configuration, right? Do we have a tool or a reference design with a -12V / 200mA output that the customer can use to start their design and calculate their component values? The UCC28881 Design Calculator (Rev. B) does not seem to support a buck boost config.

No, we do not have an existing design, and no tool at present for calculation. But you can design based on the operation mechanism of such a topology which has plenty of references to help.
