Unfortunately the informations that TI gives about MTBF/FIT rate in the "ordering & quality tab" aren't useful to me because those values follow the JEDEC-STD standard and they are not comparable to Telcordia calculated values.

I need MTBF/FIT value according to Telcordia SR332 Issue 3 method (or an estimate of the number of the transistors, useful to calculate MTBF).

I checked with our quality team and our FIT rates are calculated based on process data. What is is the application asking requesting FIT per the Telcordia standard (based on component/transistor count).

i'm using a software that can calculate Reliability Prediction; in particular, for active electronic components, using some infomations like transistor count it can predicts MTBF/FIT value (according to Telcordia Issue 3, method I).

Unfortunately, we only use our actual process data to predict MTBF/FIT values.
