UCC21520: About INA and INB thresholds

Part Number: UCC21520

Hi,

I would like to ask you about the UCC21520 device.
Electrical Characteristics describes thresholds for INA and INB. The contents are shown below.
This condition is VCCI = 3.3V or 5.0V.
What is the threshold of INA and INB under the condition of VCCI = 12V?
Looking at the Typical Characteristics, 5V and 12V are equivalent characteristics, so I consider 12V to be within the range of electrical characteristics.
Is my idea correct?

Best regards,

  • Hi Kaji-san,

    Thanks for asking your question.

The input thresholds for this device are TTL based and do not vary with supply voltage. You are correct that the device will perform the same at both 5V and 12V VCCI.

If this helped answer your question, could you please press the green button? If not, please feel free to ask more questions.

    Thanks,

    John
