Could I use it as 0.9V output with inductor 2.2uF?

what is lowest output voltage?

does it more than 0.8V will be OK?

Cannie,

Yes, you can use a 2.2 uH inductor for 0.9 V output. The internal reference voltage is 0.8 V, so the output miust be above that.
