LMR33640: SW rising time and falling time

Hi expert,

Could you please measure the Rising time and Falling time of SW node?

Condition,

Vin=24V

Vout=5V

Iout=3.5A

Device : LMR33640DDDA (1000kHz, SOIC)

I check it on webench as below,

It is 0.1nsec. I think, it is too faster, can I believe this simulation?

OK, it's glad to help and we need to order some EVMs of this device, it might take some time maybe I can receive it on mid next week. Once I receive it, I will make the test and attach the results for you.
