Hi Caglar,
SnPb solder start melting at 173-178C while lead free start melting at 217-220C.
Depends on the PCB thickness, solder paste type and component density, the profile may not able to form a good IMC and the solder joint may not be perfect.
We normally don’t recommend mixed soldering process.
