Hi Team,

We would like to confirm what may be the impact of having 2.45V Vbias on the TPS22965-Q1 which is recommended at 2.5V.

    Hi Mark,

    Welcome to E2E!

    At Vbias = 2.45V the RON of the device will experience a slight increase from its typical value of about 4mOhm-5mOhm. I would like to point out is that although we have data where we tested some parameters of the TPS22965-Q1 at lower voltages than 2.5V we did not fully assess this scenario for which we cannot guarantee full operation when operated outside of the recommended conditions.
