I need to satisfy "slew rate < 18mV/us" in rising
Condition:
Vin=3.3V
Von=3.3V
Ta = -10~70℃

Hi Naoki,
TI only specifies the typical rise time. I have some data over temperature at Vin=3.3V, Von=5V for TPS22914C. On voltage (if above the ON threshold) does not affect the timing of the device. Do note that this temperature data is for design reference only and not guaranteed by TI.

@ 125C tRise = 956us
Your condition of "slew rate < 18mV/us" means that at 3.3V, the rise time has to be longer than 183.33us. I believe that this is well under the typical rise times seen for 3.3V on TPS22914C.
