Hi,

Can I inject POE over a 2.5/5Gbps Ethernet (802.3bz) lines?

    Hello,

    PoE and data rates should be separate considerations. So yes you should be able to. 

    I would say this comes down to the Ethernet PHY. The power is DC so it should just be a DC constant, irrespective of the data rate.
