I want to confirm the function of DEMB pin. If tie the pin to GND, the IC will always in DEMB mode? Will it change to FPWM in heavy load?

Hi Sammi,

Yes your understanding is correct. When the load increases, the part will operate in CCM mode and the high side and low side FET are switching
