TPS2662: 38V Voltage Clamping

Part Number: TPS2662

Hi Team,

This is customer request, I would be very happy if you can support.

I also used the TPS26623 IC in the circuit and started the tests. But I would have a question about the working conditions of the integrated. It seems that TPS26623 38V output voltage clamping normally does. According to the graph shared in Datasheet, I thought that if the input voltage exceeds 40V, the output voltage will remain constant at 37.5V, and the output regulation will not deteriorate even if the input voltage rises within the maximum allowable limits. But when my input voltage goes over 40V during my trials, it does not keep the integrated output voltage constant at 37.5V. Instead, it cycles the output on and off periodically. Could there be a point that I skipped about 38V constant voltage clamping and working?

"

Thanks in advance

Best Regards
