TPS1H200A-Q1: Delay time between startup mode and startup mode with diag and normal mode.

HI,

we have connected Input pins(enable,diag ..) of TPS1H200 to RH850 controller.During startup we are doing selftest of output ADC of the switch.For this we jump from startup to startup with diag and then normal mode before enabling input pin high.What is the delay to be followed for mode transitions. i.e how much time we need to wait for

startup - startup with diag

startupwiht diag - normal

normal - startupwith diag

normal - startup

Any feedback to micro ,in which mode it is operating.

    Hi Tulasi,

    Just to clarify do you mean startup or standby? The device has three working modes: standby mode, standby with diagnostics, and normal mode. 

    Transitioning from or to normal mode, there is a deglitch time of 12.5 ms. 

    Transitioning from standby mode to standby with diagnostics is limited by the open-load deglitch time in ON or OFF state of 300 us.
