TPS61099: Why the TPS610995 is 5.6V when input voltage switch on/off?

Hi,

TPS610995 is fixed as 3.6V, but when switch on/off the input voltage, sometimes the output can up to 5.6V? why? here is the SCH:

Hi Yuan:

Long time no see. The En need a clean and stable signal. If customer re-enable the converter in short after disable, there is a risk. It's better wait about 400us,
