As TPS22976 uses NMOS transmmsion gate, what is the Vout value when Vin=On=Vbias=3.3V?
Will Vout= Vin - 0.6 (diode value) - (current * Ron)
or Vout = Vin - (current * Ron)

When Vin=ON=Vbias=3.3V:
Vout= Vin - (I_load * R_on) (during load)
Vout = Vin (during no load)
There is no diode drop in this case.
