Can you please provide the max recommended frequency of UCC23513B with me? Because I cannot find it in our datasheet.

Hi, Stanley,

There is no max frequency restriction.

It is limited by the power dissipation of the driver and the load as well as propagation delay and rise/fall time.

Hi, Stanley,

It is limited by the power dissipation of the driver and the load as well as propagation delay and rise/fall time.

Please see section 9.2.2.3 Estimate Gate-Driver Power Loss of the datasheet to calculate the power, and then you can determine the maximum switching frequency given the customer's parameters.
