TPS7A05: Do we have DSBGA for TPS7A0528?

Dear,

We didn't find the DSBGA package type for 2.8V LDO TPS7A05 series. The DSBGA package is only available for 2.85V version, TPS7A05285PYKAR. Would you please help confirm this? Thanks.

Hi Jiayu,

You are correct we have not released a 2.8V version in the DSBGA package for TPS7A05 and we do not currently have any plans to release this version.

However we do have our next generation low Iq LDO TPS7A03 which is getting ready to release 2.8V in a DSBGA package which is p2p with TPS7A05. Samples are available on TI.com in both the DSBGA and Sot-23 if you'd like to test it out.

Hi Kyle,

Thanks for reply, but I guess TPS7A03 is much expensive than TPS7A05, right? Since its performance is better that TPS7A05, such as the ultra-low shutdown Iq.
