Our customer had a question about TI gauge for 13s lion battery.

Does any guage IC have reverse blocking for discharge Mosfet? or need Lm74700 for this function?

Hi Jimmy,

No gauge has this function built in. Is this for an automotive application? The LM74700 needs 80 uA when it is enabled, so it might not be good for low-power applications.
