TPS2595: 16.5V Ground

Hey Team,

I have a customer using the TPS2595 for a battery balancing circuit. Battery: x2 16.5V series cells (internal Li-ion stack) = 33V max.

Will having the ground at 16.5V will affect the operation of the device?
