UCC5320: AC specs on Capacitive Isolators

Part Number: UCC5320

Hello Guys,

Good day.

Our customer is asking if TI have any info or  characterization on:

•    Jitter, peak-to-peak
•    Minimum pulse width

Those characterizations didn’t appear to be in the datasheet, but maybe someone had some data that would give them a sense of those parameters.

Thanks in advance!

Art

  • Hello Art,

Our expert on this device is out of the office, or may have connectivity issues. There are weather and power issues in the Dallas area that is affecting the support team.

The expert should be able to address your questions soon.

    Regards,

  • Hi, Art,

We don't have any jitter data on this part to share, unfortunately.

There is a deglitch filter on the input which filters any input pulses less than 10 ns. So, any pulse > 10 ns should be recognized by the device and passed through to the output.

Let me know if you customer has any further questions.
