Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS54561-Q1, LMZ34002

Kindly provide the  SOA and Efficiency Curve for +50V VIN  and +28V vout @ 5A current

provide the Spice model for the above part,to simulate in LTspice

thanks & regards

  • We do not have the efficiency data for that articular condition.  I recommend you use webench to estimate it.

The pspice models can be down loaded here:

You cannot use them for efficiency estimation though.  You will need to use webench for that.

  • hello john

i tried to simulate in webench

    inputs

    vin max : 52V
    Vin min : 48V
    vout : 28V
    Iout : 5A
    ambient temp : 60C

    by clicking open design

    following message are displayed

    1) Could not get result for HotwireDesignEnabledCommand,

    2) OpVal Advance could not be retrieved

3)Phase Margin limit could not be reterieved

4)The TPS54561-Q1 is qualified for Automotive applications. All passives and other components selected in this design may not be qualified for Automotive applications. The user is required to verify that all components in the design meet the qualification and safety requirements for their specific application.

    5) after clicking OK,its showing "Calculating Operating Values".after 2 hours also its showing "Calculating Operating Values".

but when i simulate the others parts(ex :LMZ34002) it showing the simulated results.

  • It works for me. Post your email address and I will share the design with you.
