TPS2051B: Inside mosfet's body diode

Hello,

Is there any body diode of mosfet inside ? I draw at below picture with red square. I need this information because ı designed a circuit for protection output overvoltage.

    Hi Alican,

    The block diagram is just a simplified circuit.

    In fact, the inside circuit is a back to back MosFET which both have a parasitic body diode.

    So as EN=0 or power off, the current or voltage can't flow to VIN.

    But as power on, will have reverse current or voltage flow through Mosfet if Vout>VIN.
