The equation is very complex, i don't suggest to use them calculate the efficiency.
And here is a quick way to calculate the efficiency. As we know the pwer loss contains a lot: IC power, Cin loss, Cout loss, L loss. And when the frequency change, the IC loss will be change a lot, and the others we suppose to change a little. So remeber the Cin, Cout and L loss, and change the frequency to get the IC loss, then you can calculate the efficiency.
Hi,
Thank you for the information.
My concern is for frequency of 1Mhz I need to calculate efficiency.
Input is 5V. We have deisgned and used 4 TPS54821 to produce 1.2,1.8,1.03 and 2.5V respectively.

In fact, for the different output, the L and C need be changed to have the better performance.
So you can use WEBENCH to generate the efficiency of 1.8V and use this data as an reference for other outputs
As you know, the simulation is just a reference, and the best way to get the efficiency is the bench test.
if you still want to use software to simulate the efficiency, you can export the circuit to the Tina to do the simulation.
Yes, what I mean is the WEBENCH can't provide the data what you want. But you can export the schematic to Tina to do the simulation no matter what' the condition you want. Such as different frequency ,different output ```
