UCD90320: Is AMON pin required to enable a power rail?

Hi Team,

I am working with a customer and they have a implementation question regarding the UCD90320:

"Is it ok if I want to use EN pin to enable a power rail without adding AMON pin?

 

 

Sometimes, I see the “number of profile =1” on the rail that I’m not using AMON pin and the Fusion software get error. Have you seen this issue before?"

The datasheet seems to indicate that AMON pin is not necessary but I want to check and clarify the error our customer is facing.
