How to distinguish device speed range for reversion " D " ?

    As shown in the nomenclature, if you are using temperature range 0C to 90C, then it will be the number after the package type. For other temperature  ranges, it will be the number after the temperature range code.  I suspect you can use the speed range values for silicon revision B as those for revision D.

    Which speed range are you using?
