AM3358: LibCrypto Error due to over heating of AM3358 (yet well below operating temps)

Part Number: AM3358

Hi Guys, the full part number is AM3358BZCZAI00.

The ambient is room temp for now, and the surface temp will climb to 120'F roughly before we see issues with the PCB we call 'V2 Rib' Keeping this cool with a micro fan in the case, preventing it from reaching 120'F prevents the issue.

What is interesting is that we made a V3 Rib PCB too, for a different project. We have about 50 of these, and they are even more sensitive to heat. They use literally the same components and suffer the 'heat' issue at already room temps now. Most will fail to SSH at 80'F, however cooled over an Air-conditioner, they will work fine (V3). \

Another interesting part is that V1 ribs work/ed perfectly as intended to over 140'F, yet the designs in and around the CPU and Power management chip are almost identical, and the differences there are very hard to point fingers at, as it is literally a slight change in how traces run etc. We are happy to share schematics on a private link if you would like to see?

Any help is appreciated as we have exhausted all options both hardware and software at this point, and are hesitant to go in to full production until we find the fault as to why the CPU won't SSH when hot (among other things like Kernel panics etc).
