PROCESSOR-SDK-J721E: Creating bootable RTOS application on SD card

There's a request that Customer wants to clarify.

The guidance of SD card creation for RTOS application on TDA4/DRA82x was not found from the SDK document.

For AM3/AM4/AM5/K2G devices there's a file of create-sdcard.sh to create SD cards to load with images for RTOS application. However Jacinto does not have appropriately.

Please let us know how to create SD card to load RTOS application.
