Hello,

I enabled MCU1_0 for IPC and ran ./vx_app_arm_ipc.out, but I faced this error for MCU1_0 remote service.

REMOTE_SERVICE_TEST: Test failed @ iteration 0 !!!

I saw this issue in the other thread and the final reply was SDK 7.3 patch for QNX resolved this issue.

So I expected SDK 8.0 resolved this.

I am curious about the following.

Is it correct information that SDK 7.3 patch for QNX resolved this issue?
If yes, then is this issue resolved in SDK 8.0 for QNX and for Linux?
Is there any other reason for the failure? Like MCU1_0 cannot use the shared memory because of safety reason.

Hi Seunghyun,

I will have to double-check the behavior on latest SDK, but I don't think the issue is Resolved yet. There is a published JIRA bug around this: EXT_EP-10522 , and it is marked "On Hold".

The referenced fix in the other thread may be related to just the regular IPC test with MCU1_0. Have you been able to run this on 7.3 with the associated patch? NOTE: I did not see anything that would have fixed this issue in the patch.

I confirm that the issue is still present on SDK 8.0 as well. So, please follow the JIRA referenced above.
